Lead discovery workshops, translate contact center and customer operations challenges into platform solutions, drive adoption, and improve customer experience and workforce productivity. Advise technical, operational, and executive stakeholders while supporting AI, automation, analytics, workforce management, knowledge management, and unified desktop initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Renewal, and Customer Success teams to expand customer value.
