Manage a portfolio of commercial customers, particularly builders, by developing long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, executing sales strategies, and delivering tailored solutions. The role involves growing regional market share, monitoring competitors, managing budgets and performance targets, collaborating across Bunnings, and maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, safety, teamwork, and commercial outcomes.

Coordinate daily Greenlife transport and consolidate supplier orders to meet store delivery needs. Build relationships with suppliers, 3PLs and transport partners, monitor delivery KPIs, drive cost/service/compliance improvements, support planning/scheduling during peaks, contribute process and reporting improvements, and promote Chain of Responsibility safety practices across the network.
