Provides executive and team administrative support for an infrastructure investment group. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across time zones, arranging domestic and international travel, processing expenses and invoices, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining contact and CRM records, and providing backup administrative coverage. The role requires discretion, initiative, strong organization, communication, judgment, customer service, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a global, fast-paced environment.

Provide on‑demand coaching and small‑group training to accelerate enterprise AI adoption (Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude). Develop micro‑training resources, monitor usage, collect feedback, guide responsible AI governance, and help employees apply AI to everyday tasks.
