Serve as the primary contact for DentalMonitoring customers, resolving inquiries across multiple channels, maintaining CRM records, customizing new accounts, and providing software guidance. Analyze usage metrics to identify training needs, share customer feedback with internal teams, and improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and product processes. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and fluency in English and German.
