Support month-end and year-end financial and management accounting for Stabilised and Development Funds, prepare management reports and financial statements, reconcile balance sheet items, assist with tax compliance (BAS, income tax, distribution calculations), perform loan covenant calculations, payment checks, and provide ad hoc support for fund finance projects and team workload peaks.

Provide BAU support for Yardi Voyager across regions, act as the main interface between business and technical teams, elicit and document requirements, develop functional/technical specs, coordinate testing, prepare documentation and training, and identify/raise support cases for bugs while supporting system implementation and optimisation projects.
