Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise and public sector customers, guiding them from initial engagement through renewal and expansion. Sell AI, GRC, model training, and cloud compute solutions; understand customer data and regulatory needs; scope deployments with engineers; maintain accurate pipelines; represent the company at events; and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.

Lead the data organization powering frontier AI models. Build and manage a team of data and ML engineers, design web-scale crawling and ingestion architecture, develop pipelines for filtering and deduplication, secure proprietary Australian datasets, and establish data governance, privacy, and security standards. Collaborate with model-training teams to refine data mixtures and quality based on model performance.

Source and engage highly qualified engineers and researchers across GitHub, academic papers, meetups, communities, and referrals. Build genuine relationships, assess candidates’ work and fit, conduct outreach and in-person meetings, and provide concise evaluations to the talent lead. The role requires autonomy, strong judgment, enthusiasm, and effective communication to attract hard-to-reach technical talent in Australia.
