Generate and manage new sales opportunities among law firms, conveyancers, and property professionals. Supports growth and retention of existing SaaS clients through relationship management, account activation, product training, product promotion, and sales support. The role involves client communication by phone, email, and meetings; maintaining Salesforce records; identifying opportunities; assisting with proposals and campaigns; and contributing to reporting and process improvements. It is designed for an early-career candidate interested in account management, sales, or customer service, with structured coaching and training provided.

Administer HRIS and payroll processes, ensure employee data accuracy, produce HR reporting and BI dashboards, support payroll coordination, compliance reporting (WGEA), and provide general People & Culture administrative support and process improvements.

Operate and improve privacy and fraud management frameworks, perform PIAs and fraud risk assessments, triage incidents and investigations, review product changes for privacy/fraud risk, maintain governance documentation (eg Vanta), prepare compliance and accreditation evidence, and support security controls (ISM/IRAP) and stakeholder training.
