Provides independent risk oversight and challenge across diversified investment portfolios. Responsibilities include portfolio analytics, stress testing, scenario analysis, liquidity assessments, investment decision challenge, emerging-risk identification, governance reporting, and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, systems, data, and reporting. The role partners with portfolio managers, trustees, committees, and senior stakeholders to align investment risks with objectives, mandates, risk budgets, and member outcomes.

Partner with the Superannuation & Investments business to design and test risk and compliance controls, support risk assessments and incident reviews, maintain GRC records, deliver reporting and training, and support regulatory change, outsourcing reviews, business continuity and risk appetite monitoring to ensure risks remain within appetite.

Coordinate with insurers, administrators, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective insurance outcomes. Prepare product analysis, governance updates, business papers, and recommendations while supporting member and adviser outcomes.

Lead the strategy, design, governance, lifecycle management, pricing, and ongoing development of AMP Platforms’ insurance proposition. Manage insurer, administrator, and service-provider relationships while balancing member and adviser outcomes, regulatory obligations, risk, sustainability, and commercial performance. Analyze product performance, drive simplification and improvements, support regulatory change and remediation, and prepare governance papers, business cases, reporting, and executive recommendations.

Leads fraud, scams, AML/CTF, and sanctions risk management across the customer lifecycle. Oversees risk frameworks, controls, threat monitoring, detection capabilities, risk events, assurance activities, regulatory engagement, audits, remediation, and continuous process improvement. Provides risk advice for business initiatives and platform changes while supporting regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and customer outcomes.

Provides legal and regulatory advice to AMP’s superannuation and investment platform business. Responsibilities include advising on product development, platform structures, investment offerings, regulated documents, marketing, incidents, regulatory notifications, conflicts of interest, investor remediation, platform initiatives, and Board matters. The role requires deep financial services law expertise, strong stakeholder management, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead change management for strategic transformation initiatives across Product and Retirement value streams. Develop change plans, impact assessments, stakeholder maps, and communications strategies; drive business readiness and adoption; manage risks and barriers; translate complex concepts into practical communications; and support post-go-live embedding. Partner with program managers, senior stakeholders, and delivery teams across technology, operations, product, and distribution in an Agile transformation environment.

Supports ServiceNow AI Control Tower and CMDB operations by registering and validating AI assets, improving data quality, mapping ownership and relationships, maintaining governance procedures, and producing operational reporting. Collaborates with platform, security, risk, asset management, application, and service owner teams. Handles business analysis, user stories, testing, UAT, implementation, remediation, audit evidence, and BAU handover while supporting ITSM processes and regulatory readiness.

Drive customer growth and long-term value for AMP Bank GO through end-to-end lifecycle marketing. Design and optimise onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell, and win-back journeys using segmentation, personalisation, data, experimentation, and marketing automation. Own the lifecycle roadmap, improve retention and product adoption, analyse performance, and collaborate across teams to embed lifecycle thinking into digital channels and customer experiences. The role also requires knowledge of Australian privacy, direct marketing, CDR/Open Banking, and ePayments regulations.

Supports the design, structuring, pricing, valuation, and ongoing management of retirement, guarantee, and equity protection products. Develops and enhances quantitative pricing, valuation, risk, and scenario-testing models; performs stochastic analysis; validates assumptions and hedging; and supports model governance. Partners with Product, Finance, Investments, Risk, and Technology teams to provide actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for product strategy, risk management, and business decisions.
