Own 2–3 enterprise ANZ accounts across technical sales discovery, solution design, implementation, go-live, adoption, performance, renewals, and expansion support. Lead integrations, configurations, training, stakeholder management, account health reviews, escalations, and roadmap feedback. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, delivery-operations knowledge, executive communication, and autonomy in a hybrid Sydney startup environment with customer-site travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Build, deploy, and operate production backend systems and integrations for enterprise retail logistics. Work directly with customers and internal product/AI teams to take features from concept to live deployments, debug logistics workflows, and extend core infrastructure across APAC.

Own investigation, resolution, and escalation of complex platform and integration issues. Monitor Datadog alerts, coordinate P1 incidents, produce actionable escalations, document known patterns, and provide overflow delivery support for enterprise customers.
