Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce implementations and transformation programs. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate Product Owners, stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams, remove impediments, manage dependencies and risks, provide governance reporting, support testing, data migration, business readiness, and champion continuous improvement.

Coordinates end-to-end strategic projects supporting residential aged care transformation, innovation, technology, dementia care, process improvement, and change adoption. Designs, manages and optimises hybrid Azure and on-premises infrastructure. Administers Windows Server, identity services, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery. Provides Level 3 support, leads migrations and cloud modernisation, ensures security/patching, monitors performance, maintains documentation, and participates in on-call and incident management while driving governance and cost optimisation.

Develop, maintain and extend HammondCare's Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows and Omnistudio.
