Analyse web and marketing performance, identify trends and optimisation opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Retention, Loyalty and Digital teams, using SQL, Adobe/Google Analytics, Tableau and enterprise data warehouses to influence strategy and day-to-day decisions.

Support APRA/ASIC regulatory obligations and maintain compliance framework. Manage regulatory affairs, incident triage/escalation, policy and training, root-cause analysis and remediation while providing practical guidance across teams.
