Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts through prospecting, solution-based selling, account planning, networking, and relationship management. Identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities, maintain Salesforce pipeline data and forecasts, lead sales pitches and negotiations, coordinate internal experts, resolve service concerns, and achieve revenue targets.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing, inactive, and low-spending clients; build relationships, understand needs, identify cross-selling opportunities, generate qualified meetings, manage assigned accounts, maintain Salesforce records, track pipelines, and support retention and account growth.

Provide e-Discovery consulting to legal teams, including information governance, computer forensics, document review and production, analytics and active learning workflows; manage projects, train clients, handle budgets and timelines, and support deliverables.
