Expands MoneyGram’s agent network across NSW and ACT by prospecting, signing, onboarding, and developing agents. Manages the full sales lifecycle in Salesforce, grows transaction volumes and profitability, builds agent relationships, resolves operational issues, supports compliance and training, analyzes market and competitor activity, and reports performance. The role requires extensive travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays, and ownership of regional sales targets and agent growth plans.

Oversees AML/CFT compliance and anti-fraud programs for MoneyGram agents across Australia and New Zealand. The role evaluates agent controls, supports due diligence, develops corrective actions, delivers training, advises business partners, and ensures policies align with regulatory requirements. Acts as Deputy Compliance Officer, engaging with regulators and law enforcement while identifying emerging risks and guiding policy implementation.
