As a Technical Support Engineer, you will assist customers through various communication channels, promote product knowledge, and ensure high satisfaction while developing technical solutions.

Serve as technical bridge between Sales and Delivery for enterprise clients: lead discovery, craft and present custom demos and POCs, scope and configure solutions, troubleshoot escalations, drive technical evaluations, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, and present to technical and executive audiences. Travel may be required.
