As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll drive Neo4j's growth by aligning solutions to customer needs, supporting the sales process, and collaborating with partners. You'll manage technical discovery, deliver demos, and ensure successful implementation, while contributing to community initiatives and thought leadership.

Own and grow ANZ BFSI accounts by executing value-based, consultative sales (MEDDPICC) with C-level and data/AI stakeholders. Land new enterprise logos, expand within existing accounts, coordinate Pre-Sales, Marketing and Customer Success for POVs, and align co-sell motions with hyperscalers and GSIs while maintaining rigorous forecasting in Salesforce.com.

Lead enterprise sales for Neo4j across Australia & New Zealand, managing full sales cycles from land to expand. Build territory and account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive POCs with Pre-Sales, and maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene while engaging C-level stakeholders and cloud partners to grow adoption of graph database solutions.
