Provide commercial and contract support across maritime defence programs, including ASDEFCON contract administration, procurement documentation, contract reviews, procurement strategy development, stakeholder liaison, and commercial advice for acquisition or sustainment activities.

Deliver security engineering, accreditation and assurance activities for Targeting Systems to meet Defence security requirements. Support system security certification, accreditation processes, PSPF/ISM compliance, and risk assessments. Communicate findings and share security knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Lead pricing and estimating for complex defence and infrastructure bids. Develop pricing strategies, build and review sophisticated financial models, support PPPs and long-term contracting, manage pricing governance, mentor pricing staff, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and represent pricing in customer negotiations and audits to ensure compliant, competitive, and profitable proposals.

Develop, analyse and maintain pricing models and commercial proposals for defence and government contracts. Ensure compliance with defence and Commonwealth procurement frameworks, support bids, contract negotiations, pricing reviews, cost analysis, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and continuous improvement of pricing processes.

Provide specialist pricing and costing support for Defence Air domain contracts: develop RFT pricing content, perform contract financial audits, review pricing for Contract Change Proposals, produce detailed financial analysis and recommendations, ensure compliance with Defence cost and CASG profit principles, and mentor junior CFA team members.

Provide commercial pricing and costing expertise for Defence procurements: develop RFT/tender pricing content, review contracts and supplier financials, assess cost impacts of variations, advise programs on commercial matters, produce pricing models and evidence-based recommendations, and build team capability through knowledge sharing.

Provide integration engineering services for Targeting Systems, enabling system integration, data exchange, and interoperability. Apply knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data exchange patterns to complex ICT integrations, and communicate and share technical knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain database solutions supporting Targeting Systems: design data storage, processing, and integration; optimize performance and data models; ensure secure data handling and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Support platform engineering and implementation for Targeting Systems including system build, configuration, environment setup, ICT deployments, and knowledge sharing with customers and stakeholders. Work across on-premise and cloud hosting environments while maintaining ICT security engineering standards.

Provide system administration, configuration, maintenance, and operational support for implemented ICT/targeting solutions in secure environments; apply ITIL-based support practices and share knowledge with stakeholders.
