The Account Director develops sales strategies, drives revenue growth, negotiates with customers, and manages complex accounts to optimize company offerings.

Partner with sales to design and position end-to-end retail services solutions focused on store operations, in-store technology, deployment, maintenance, managed services, and lifecycle support. Support full sales cycle from discovery to contract close, define rollout strategies and field service models, coordinate delivery and operations teams, provide demonstrations and technical guidance, and feed performance insights back into product and portfolio teams to drive continuous improvement.

Translate global marketing strategy into localized regional execution for Retail and Banking. Own regional campaign planning, ABM, sales enablement, customer engagement, events and CEC activations. Provide market and competitive insights, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor campaign performance, and drive pipeline and revenue influence.
