The Contracts Manager will oversee contract management, negotiate contract types, track changes and compliance, and maintain documentation, while interfacing with external clients.

Lead and support local digital technology operations including implementation and administration of servers, storage, networks and cloud services; manage vendors, contracts, budgets and DT projects; ensure SOX/DT policy compliance and ITAR/security eligibility; resolve DT issues, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with regional/global DT teams to deliver supportable infrastructure and applications.
