Leads end-to-end indirect sourcing across assigned categories, including vendor selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, purchase order processing, and contract compliance. Uses spend analytics and market intelligence to identify cost optimization and risk mitigation opportunities. Partners with business stakeholders, legal, and cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies, manage complex projects, and maintain supplier and contract performance.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.

Leads quality assurance and knowledge management governance, audits, performance analytics, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement. Oversees knowledge accuracy, utilization, lifecycle management, and operational readiness. Coaches Quality and Knowledge Management teams, partners cross-functionally on capability development, and provides executive reporting and strategic recommendations.
