Oversee hedge fund post-trade operations, including trade, position, cash, swap MTM, income, expense, and settlement reconciliations. Lead exception resolution, accounting close support, NAV finalization, audits, and collaboration with investment managers, brokers, administrators, and internal teams. Manage team performance, prioritize strategic initiatives, and support technology projects, reporting, product implementations, specifications, and user acceptance testing.
