Manages and scales the ANZ financial crime compliance monitoring and testing program. The role designs risk-based testing frameworks, validates AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting controls, and advances continuous data-enabled assurance. Responsibilities include assessing system-encoded controls, establishing KPIs, reporting findings to executives and regulators, challenging stakeholders, and overseeing remediation. Own end-to-end delivery of investment workflows, maintain financial infrastructure (reconciliation, ledgers), integrate with external providers, ensure observability and API quality, and collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, and Design.

Lead ANZ startup segment strategy and operating model to drive pipeline, activation and revenue. Align sales, partnerships, marketing and community; scale founder programmes, deepen VC and accelerator relationships, design lead routing and performance tracking, and represent Airwallex across the startup ecosystem.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of regulator- and partner-ready controls across ANZ. Lead ANZ revenue strategy and operations: set targets, quotas, and territories; own forecasting and GTM planning; drive performance analysis, pricing, launches, and RevOps tooling (Salesforce, Looker). Manage a team and partner cross-functionally to improve commercial productivity.
