Responsibilities include customer discovery, tailored demonstrations, solution design, proof-of-value engagements, technical guidance, and collaboration with Account Executives. The role also develops demo content, shares customer feedback with Product and Engineering, documents solutions, and supports industry-specific value propositions for chemicals, mining, and process manufacturing customers across APAC.

Serve as a customer-facing technical advisor helping industrial organizations adopt Seeq and implement analytics solutions. Responsibilities include solution reviews, implementation guidance, customer mentorship, use-case discovery, adoption planning, troubleshooting, product feedback, functionality testing, and industry-specific consulting. The role requires translating customer needs into scalable analytics solutions, building stakeholder trust, and collaborating with account, product, marketing, and consulting teams.
