Provide high-quality client support for IBKR trading platforms and account services, resolving routine and complex inquiries about platform operability, deposits/withdrawals, order processing, margin and product attributes; coordinate with internal teams (Programming, Clearing, Cashiering, Compliance) and contribute to service systems, policies and procedures.

In this role, you will provide exceptional service to institutional clients, manage technical inquiries, and assist in understanding the trading lifecycle.
