Lead and grow a distributed Commercial Solutions Engineering team across APAC and MENA. Build scalable SE frameworks, integrate AI and automation to improve deal support and forecasting, partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing on GTM and account strategies, and act as regional technical sponsor for high-value commercial accounts to drive adoption and measurable ROI.

Provide technical leadership in pre- and post-sales for Semrush across APAC: lead demos, proofs-of-concept, discovery, and enterprise implementations; advise on APIs, IT operations, security, and data; collaborate with sales, product, and executives to drive customer success and close strategic deals.
