Manage onboarding for new clients, ensuring successful project delivery and adoption of the Insider platform. Facilitate training, establish client relationships, and advocate for customer needs.

The Solutions Architect will support the Partner Success Team with technical queries, guide junior members, manage partner expectations, and ensure delivery of solutions, including project meetings and conflict resolution.

The Customer Success Manager will act as a liaison between clients and technology, ensuring clients maximize usage of the platform, providing feedback, and developing account plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
