Lead analysis and execution of strategic transactions including developing investment thesis, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-merger integration. Provide administrative support to Claims Consultants in life insurance claims: manage documentation, follow up on medical and financial requirements, draft customer communications, handle calls, assist claim closures, and contribute to process improvements while learning TAL claims processes.

Manage TPD and IP life insurance claims end-to-end for the REST fund, assess and finalise payments, engage medical/legal specialists, communicate with customers and partners, and participate in case conferences to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Deliver, enhance and maintain actuarial projection systems (Prophet) and integrations to support liability, capital valuations, IFRS reporting and business planning. Work with actuarial and finance stakeholders to specify data, modify DCS processes, and implement data flows to the IDR.
