Manage life insurance claims from start to finish for the Aware fund, including TPD and IP claims. Assess, analyze, calculate, and finalize claim payments while maintaining regular communication with customers, advisers, trustees, and administrators. Coordinate with treating doctors, rehabilitation consultants, medical and legal specialists, and third-party providers. Participate in case conferences and peer discussions while delivering empathetic, timely, policy-compliant outcomes.

Lead the end-to-end PAYG withholding program for claims and investments. Own PAYG rules, rates and calculation logic, oversee system configuration and controls, ensure timely ATO reporting, translate legislation into operational solutions, partner with Tax and senior stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to reduce risk and enhance compliance.
