Lead technical pre-sales and solution architecture for modular and prefabricated data center infrastructure. Develop regional growth strategies, conduct architecture reviews and design workshops, build business cases (ROI/TCO), engage executives, ensure compliance and sustainability (PUE/WUE/LEED), mentor teams, and drive pipeline and revenue for hyperscale, cloud, colocation, AI, and enterprise customers.

Provide pre-sales technical solutions support for ANZ critical infrastructure using Vertiv power products. Prepare quotations, BOMs, source third-party quotes, reconcile purchase orders, perform profitability analysis, manage product delivery and design, develop DCP power solutions, produce technical documentation, assist solution architects, and deliver product training and stakeholder technical explanations.

Lead and manage the pre-sales bid process, collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to develop commercially viable proposals, conduct cost/benefit and margin analysis, prepare presentations and negotiations, ensure timely bid submissions, manage project execution and handover, report on KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and recruit, coach and manage the PSA team while ensuring WHS and quality compliance.

Manage the Rack UPS product portfolio for ANZ: pricing, inventory, NPI coordination, product marketing, and sales/channel enablement. Create collateral and training, support sales tools and configurators, collect market feedback, and align programs with company strategy while maintaining WHS and quality obligations.

Manage strategic accounts across ANZ to achieve sales and order targets, develop and execute account plans, build stakeholder relationships, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, forecast and report opportunities, and drive high-value wins while monitoring KPIs and ensuring safety compliance.

Provide post-sales engineering support for data centre and mission-critical power projects across Australia/NZ. Assist Senior Engineers with technical reviews, documentation handovers, submittals, procurement specs, drawing management, commissioning support, and lessons-learned to ensure compliant, buildable deliverables and smooth project handovers.

Provide pre-sales technical support for Vertiv UPS and battery systems across ANZ: review RFQs, produce quotations and BOMs, source third-party quotes, reconcile POs, perform profitability analysis, manage product delivery/design, deliver training and presentations, and support continuous improvement while ensuring WHS and quality compliance.

Assist Senior Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver mechanical projects. Duties include site inspections, project scheduling, stakeholder liaison, commissioning supervision, reporting, claims and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, KPIs, WHS and quality standards.

Provide post-sales engineering support for LV switchgear projects across Australia and New Zealand: review documentation for buildability and compliance, manage technical submittals, coordinate procurement scopes, oversee commissioning and site support, maintain as-built documentation, perform lessons-learned and ensure compliance with WHS and industry standards.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large (> $20M) technical projects for data center, mining or industrial customers. Create and maintain project plans, manage stakeholders, contractors and site logistics, forecast finances, control risks and compliance, and act as single point of contact post-order to ensure projects meet schedule, budget and quality requirements.
