Lead Japan tax compliance, accounting, audits, transfer pricing, and day-to-day tax advice for Japan and selected APAC markets. Manage tax filings, tax accounting (current/deferred), audits, transfer pricing execution, and cross-border tax issues. Partner with finance, legal, HR, commercial and external advisers to strengthen controls, documentation, and tax processes while supporting regional projects and mentoring tax team members.
