Lead brand and marketing activities for an assigned portfolio across consumer, shopper and market insights. Develop and execute marketing and media strategies, manage commercial partnerships, forecasting, performance analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand growth and business results during a 12-month parental leave contract.

Support customer business planning with analytics and inventory insight; coordinate with demand planning and account managers; track retail promotions; run market inventory and closing stock analysis; prepare and drive monthly sales reviews; and lead ANZ/APAC projects to improve demand planning and execution.

Lead ANZ eCommerce channel strategy and a team of four to drive omnichannel growth. Own customer relationships, on‑platform execution (SEO/SEM, retail media), reporting, cross‑functional collaboration, and partnership with regional/global teams to optimise conversion, visibility and commercial outcomes.
