Support AustralianSuper’s AML/CTF and fraud risk framework by translating regulatory obligations into policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct transaction monitoring, intelligence and threat analysis, digital and forensic examinations, and fraud trend analysis. Identify suspicious matters and lodge reports with AUSTRAC, assess risks from business and product changes, identify control weaknesses, and prepare compliance reporting for senior management, directors, and regulators.

Lead actuarial modelling and analysis for member lifetime value, reserves, forecasts and member behaviour. Develop and maintain transparent models using Excel, Python and analytical tools, ensuring governance, testing, validation and compliance with model risk standards. Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for executives, support responses to market and policy changes, identify strategic membership implications, mentor colleagues and escalate delivery risks and control weaknesses.

Supports international equities portfolio analytics by sourcing and processing data, maintaining reports, monitoring exposures, performance and risk, conducting scenario analysis, and preparing committee materials. The role uses Python, Excel, Power BI and MSCI Barra to deliver accurate insights for portfolio decisions and oversight. It also assists with portfolio management activities, stakeholder queries, data quality, reporting automation and investment decision implementation.

Lead First Line compliance for the Finance Domain: embed and own regulatory compliance and monitoring, assess regulatory impacts and incidents, facilitate governance groups, advise on regulatory change, lead reporting and dashboards, and apply AI/automation to improve risk and compliance processes.
