Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist acts as the technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence, delivering modern workplace services and driving adoption. Responsibilities include enabling productivity across data, files, communications, collaboration, security, and identity; supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD identity and authentication; and integrating conferencing and email security solutions.

Lead presales and delivery of complex infrastructure, networking and security solutions. Define architecture standards, produce HLD/SOR/SOW documentation, support RFP/RFQ responses, cost and price managed services, mentor solution architects, and drive cloud/hybrid Azure and Microsoft 365 designs aligned to Datacom frameworks.

Provide 2nd/3rd level application support across multiple clients, manage incidents and problems to SLA, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, participate in on-call 24/7 roster, support service transitions, contribute to projects, and improve operational processes and documentation.
