Provide operational support for brokered commercial and personal insurance: process and invoice new business, endorsements and renewals (workers comp focus); coordinate premium funding; gather underwriting information; manage complaints per RG271; maintain claims and payment records; and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Lead and manage a field sales team, build relationships with members and suppliers, develop sales strategies, and drive performance to meet sales targets.
