Lead partner marketing strategies and execution across Australia, delivering co‑marketing campaigns with retail, builder and kitchen specialist partners to drive brand awareness, product advocacy and consumer conversion. Build trade partner enablement and advocacy, collaborate with local and global sales and marketing teams, and contribute to market share, revenue and brand health through strategic and operational campaign delivery.

Support local planning, execution, measurement and optimisation of mid- and lower-funnel marketing across NZ for Fisher & Paykel and Haier. Coordinate end-to-end campaigns, product launches, promotions and category initiatives, collaborate with global and local teams and media specialists, and deliver insight-led reporting to drive optimisation and business outcomes.

Lead regional design engagement and Experience Centre operations, manage a team of Design Development Managers and Experience Centre staff, cultivate relationships with tier 1 specifiers/designers/architects, plan and run events, translate global strategy into regional execution, and drive specification and commercial outcomes using CRM and programme tools.
