Responsibilities include shaping people strategy, managing the People team, advising executives, overseeing recruitment, supporting organisational design and talent reviews, ensuring HR compliance, and using workforce data to improve performance. The role also owns OKR processes, leadership development, talent initiatives, and company-wide AI training and enablement.

Own ClickView’s partner program from prospecting and agreement negotiation through joint campaign execution, launches, performance reporting, and relationship management. Identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities with educational video producers, brands, media companies, and nonprofits. Collaborate with Growth and partner marketing teams to create messaging, generate leads, expand brand awareness, and support international growth, particularly in the United States.

Generates new business opportunities with schools across Australia through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn prospecting. Qualifies leads, understands customer needs, books product demonstrations, and maintains accurate Salesforce pipeline data. Collaborates with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates while working toward performance targets.

Support end-to-end People Ops activities including recruitment coordination, onboarding setup in BambooHR, HR administration, employee enquiries, office upkeep, event logistics, and social/wellbeing initiatives. Part-time role with hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle and close collaboration with staff across the business.
