Responsibilities include managing complex legal matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on compliance, coordinating external counsel, managing legal budgets, and supporting business planning. The role partners with leaders and stakeholders to identify risks, develop negotiation strategies, and deliver commercially focused solutions within financial services regulatory frameworks.
