Help refine processes, messaging, and targeting to drive pipeline growth.

Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects for a mixed portfolio of customers, from kickoff to Go-Live. Oversee SOWs and scope, coordinate cross-functional teams, train client champions, communicate project status and risks, and apply structured project management practices. Travel to client sites and events up to 20%.

Consult with construction customers to drive adoption of Procore through training, workflow optimisation, solution architecture, and product feedback. Deliver webinars and in-person training, mentor team members, collaborate with Product and Marketing on localised improvements, and support customer success with industry best practices.
