Provide timely sales and first‑level technical support to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Process orders, quotations, returns and changes; present pricing and lead times; coordinate with internal teams and suppliers; maintain CRM records; support external sales colleagues and follow quality, safety, and operational procedures.
