Manages Fiserv’s APAC Financial Solutions product proposition, focusing on issuer processing and next-generation issuing solutions. Defines regional product capabilities, positioning, lifecycle, pricing, commercial performance, and roadmap priorities. Represents products with clients, enables sales through propositions and RFP support, drives go-to-market readiness, and incorporates regional regulatory and localization needs. Identifies platform, ecosystem, AI, automation, and data-driven opportunities to strengthen competitiveness and growth.

Own and grow a portfolio of Clover ISO partners by developing joint growth plans, increasing merchant acquisition, enabling partner sales teams, and supporting product launches. Analyze performance and pipelines, advise partner stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional resources, manage strategic merchant opportunities, and conduct business reviews to improve commercial outcomes and partner engagement.

Provides legal advice across contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, privacy, regulatory compliance, employment, disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, manages regulatory relationships and litigation, develops compliance policies and monitoring frameworks, advises on product requirements, improves legal operations, and trains employees. It requires an Australian law license and substantial legal experience in technology, payments, banking, or fintech.

Manage end-to-end merchant acquiring and financial institution implementations, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, risk and issue management, scope control, and client communications. Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate merchants, sales teams, bank partners, vendors, and internal departments, conduct feasibility and cost-benefit analyses, resolve escalations, and ensure compliant, timely, high-quality launches.

Provide second-level technical support for SaaS platforms and payment terminals, resolve merchant and partner issues, manage incidents within SLAs, and support terminal lifecycle activities. The role also involves client onboarding, staff training, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, product feedback, regional knowledge sharing, and driving technical projects and initiatives to completion.

Leads Fiserv’s APAC growth, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy for embedded finance and digital assets. Drives business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion. Builds executive relationships across financial institutions, fintechs, merchants, platforms, and marketplaces; coordinates with Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Delivery teams; provides regional market expertise; influences product roadmaps; and represents Fiserv externally.
