Lead C‑suite focused new‑business acquisition of AI‑driven workflow and decision‑support solutions for large enterprises. Manage consultative discovery, craft executive AI value propositions, navigate complex buying cycles, partner with product and AI teams, and establish repeatable go‑to‑market motions to close high‑value enterprise deals.

Lead the end-to-end Customer Solutions function for ANZ, uniting pre-sales, solution design, technical training, and customer adoption. Build and manage teams, set departmental strategy and priorities, partner with Product and Sales to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, drive AI and automation adoption, and optimise customer lifecycle outcomes to improve conversion, retention, and expansion.

Manage end-to-end Primary Law content initiatives: identify opportunities, build business cases, project manage delivery, engage authors/partners, and collaborate with editorial, marketing, sales and product to expand and commercialise the legal content portfolio.

Work lawyer-to-lawyer with senior legal stakeholders to drive adoption of LexisNexis Protege, translating workflow priorities into AI-enabled solutions, delivering demonstrations, supporting pre- and post-sales pursuits, capturing customer insights in CRM, and partnering with Relationship Managers to grow engagement and create new business opportunities.

Support maintenance and improvement of regulatory compliance content: perform legal research, draft and edit content, update formatting and metadata, conduct quality reviews, manage documentation and workflows, and assist content managers with day-to-day operational tasks across jurisdictions.

Manage and optimise editorial workflows and content delivery schedules, track and analyse operational metrics, support CMS and scheduling tools, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, contribute to Lexis+ AI initiatives and content expansion, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality analytical content delivery.

Manage a portfolio of strategic partners to drive adoption, engagement, retention and growth. Support onboarding, training, QBRs, enablement, and partner requests. Coordinate with sales, product, and operations to deliver a seamless partner experience, prepare reports and presentations, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Occasional travel required.

Validate and improve AI-generated legal and regulatory compliance outputs through legal research, testing, identifying gaps and edge cases, and providing structured feedback to product, engineering and data science teams. Support prompt design, evaluation frameworks, training data, taxonomy and metadata, and work across Australian, UK and global regulatory environments to enhance AI accuracy and customer outcomes.
