Handle inbound member enquiries for a superannuation/financial services fund via phone and chat, maintain member records, meet KPIs/SLA targets, perform admin and UAT support, comply with regulations, contribute to continuous improvement, and work hybrid with required onsite attendance and rotating shifts.
