Own complex creature, character, vehicle, prop, and environment assets from modeling through production readiness. Perform organic sculpting and hard-surface modeling, optimize assets, collaborate with downstream artists, estimate timelines, communicate progress, and implement show-review feedback efficiently within a VFX or feature-animation pipeline.

Coordinates VFX production for assigned artist disciplines by managing schedules, assignments, turnovers, client deliveries, reviews, and project tracking in ShotGrid. The role also organizes dailies, trains and delegates to Production Assistants, generates production updates, and performs basic technical troubleshooting across Linux, Windows, and Mac systems.

Leads advertising effectiveness studies, brand lift measurement, campaign analysis, audience insights, and measurement frameworks across Disney’s television, streaming, and digital advertising portfolio. Partners with sales, product, marketing, analytics, agencies, and research vendors across APAC to translate complex data into commercial recommendations. Presents insights to senior stakeholders and monitors trends in audience measurement, privacy, signal loss, and cross-media evaluation.

Provide FP&A support for Advertising Sales across Disney+ and ESPN in APAC: reporting, invoicing, reconciliations (including SAP), billing alignment with insertion orders, dashboards, and finance business partnering to support revenue recognition and commercial decision-making.

Drive advertising revenue across Disney+ and ESPN streaming inventory by owning the full sales cycle, building senior agency/client relationships, developing data-backed video-first solutions, managing campaigns end-to-end, forecasting pipeline, and collaborating with Ad Ops, Product and Client Solutions to optimize and report performance.
