As a Senior People Manager, you will serve as a strategic HR partner, lead people strategies, drive transformation, and coach People Business Partners across corporate business units.

Leads Qantas Group customer research and insights, including Voice of Customer and Brand Health programs, quantitative and qualitative studies, advanced statistical analysis, and executive storytelling. Translates customer, operational, market, and feedback data into strategic recommendations for products, experiences, and investment. Manages research agencies and platform suppliers, improves insight technology and methodologies, and influences stakeholders across a complex organisation.

Manages complex employee relations cases across the Qantas Group, advising leaders on misconduct investigations, performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, fitness-for-work matters, appeals, and sensitive escalations. Coaches People Services staff on less complex cases, ensures consistent and well-documented outcomes, identifies trends and risks through reporting, and partners with stakeholders in a high-volume environment.

Develop and deliver internal communication strategies, employee engagement campaigns, leadership updates, events, and high-quality content for more than 30,000 employees. Advise stakeholders and senior leaders, support organisational change and crisis communications, collaborate with Corporate Affairs, People, and Government Relations, and use audience insights to improve communication effectiveness across the Qantas Group.

Coordinate business planning, regulatory consultation, compliance, governance, process improvement, action tracking, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications for the Cabin Crew Management team. Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes; support employee and management enquiries; monitor business processes and compliance obligations; identify issues and drive practical solutions through completion.

Lead Qantas Loyalty’s e-commerce marketing strategy across Qantas Marketplace, Qantas Wine, and the broader Retail portfolio. Manage a team of three, develop marketing and revenue plans, oversee acquisition and engagement campaigns, manage partners and stakeholders, review commercial offers and contracts, and measure ROI. Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, Legal, and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance, support revenue targets, and deliver strategic growth.

Lead sales planning and customer engagement for the Qantas Business Rewards program. Own campaign calendars, customer targeting, segmentation, performance reporting, and growth strategies. Translate customer analytics into commercial recommendations, optimize offers and incentives, and influence cross-functional Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Revenue Management, and Digital teams. Build planning frameworks, improve processes, and drive measurable activation, retention, and revenue outcomes while coaching and mentoring team members.

Manages end-to-end procurement and timely availability of aircraft components for Qantas Engineering. Responsibilities include purchasing from contracted and non-contracted suppliers, monitoring supplier performance, expediting critical orders, resolving supply and inventory issues, managing supplier relationships and contracts, investigating quality and service issues, analyzing procurement trends, identifying improvements, and supporting team members in achieving supply chain objectives.

Leads end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations supporting Qantas’s inflight experience. Manages global suppliers and logistics partners, product distribution, stock availability, supply risks, new product rollouts, and supplier performance. Drives continuous improvement, complex initiatives, operational reliability, commercial outcomes, and stakeholder alignment across a fast-paced global network.

Deliver sales forecasting, financial modelling and performance reporting to support sales teams. Manage budgeting and variance analysis, automate commercial insights, track initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
