Lead credit strategy, policy and portfolio oversight for AMP Bank Business Finance. Develop underwriting frameworks, monitor portfolio performance and covenants, identify early risks, manage structured exposures, and improve governance and risk-based pricing to support scalable, sustainable growth.

Lead AMP's enterprise AI risk program: shape governance, inventory, observability, assurance and reporting; embed AI risk controls across business, technology, data, security and risk; influence senior stakeholders and committees; uplift frameworks, policies and controls to meet regulatory obligations while enabling responsible innovation.

Support governance and oversight of investment menus and managed portfolios by monitoring performance and risks, preparing committee and board reporting, analysing portfolio data and market trends, coordinating fund manager changes and regulatory reporting, and partnering across Product, Risk, Legal, Operations, Technology and Investments teams.

Partner with financial advisers and their support teams to drive adoption of a wrap platform through onboarding, transitions, training, and ongoing capability building. Deliver face-to-face and virtual training, create learning materials, act as platform subject-matter expert, resolve complex issues, and strengthen adviser relationships to improve retention and business outcomes.

Lead Line 2 financial crime assurance across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, ABC and FATCA/CRS. Design and execute risk-based control testing, thematic reviews and data-led analysis, validate remediation, report to senior management and boards, and ensure regulatory alignment with AUSTRAC guidance.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will ensure the stability of AMP's finance platforms, support critical accounting processes, drive improvements, and strengthen control frameworks within the finance systems.

Manage and grow AMP's Wrap Platforms relationships in the North region. Build strategic account plans, drive adviser and licensee engagement, identify revenue opportunities, partner with internal teams on campaigns and product positioning, manage escalations, ensure compliance, and contribute insights and a strong team culture.
