Supports third-party sourcing, order entry, product delivery, non-established product design, training, presentations, and continuous improvement of pre-sales processes.

The role requires managing complex multi-country accounts, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and mentoring colleagues.

Supports HR processes and employee experience across ANZ. Advises employees and leaders on employee relations, performance, compliance, onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll changes, HRIS updates, benefits, documentation, and reporting. Coaches managers, maintains employee records, coordinates pre-employment medicals and benefits programs, and contributes to HR process improvements while ensuring workplace health, safety, environment, and quality compliance.
