Lead the Investment Administration team’s daily operations, overseeing workflow, reconciliations, fees, treasury processes, transactions, quality, risk and service delivery. Coach and develop team members, resolve complex client and operational matters, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive process, control and efficiency improvements. Support business change and maintain strong partnerships across Operations, Client Services, Product, Technology, Compliance, Finance, Risk and external investment partners.

Analyzes internal and external data to create trusted analytical assets, dashboards, reports, models, and automated analysis. The role applies SQL, Python, statistical methods, and visualization techniques to support business decisions, identify trends, improve data quality, and provide commercial insights. It partners with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Technology, and Distribution while collaborating with engineering and visualization teams.

Leads HUB24’s managed portfolios and investment menus function, setting product strategy, commercial policies, pricing, provider partnerships, governance frameworks and growth plans. Builds a specialist team, manages fund manager and model provider relationships, oversees portfolio changes and new investment structures, and collaborates with Product, Technology, Investment Research and Governance teams. The role requires strong expertise in managed accounts, investment distribution, commercial negotiations and Australian regulated wealth platforms.

Design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across GCP and AWS, with a primary focus on GCP. Build Terraform modules, improve CI/CD and automation, troubleshoot complex cloud and networking issues, establish engineering standards, document solutions, support incident response, and mentor engineers. The role partners with architecture, security, development, network, and operations teams while contributing to AI and automation initiatives.

Manage the implementation of regulatory and legislative changes across products, platforms, and business processes. Translate requirements into actionable business and delivery plans, coordinate impact assessments, track risks and dependencies, maintain implementation traceability, support regulatory reporting, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and provide governance updates to senior stakeholders.

Establish and embed HUB24 Finance’s first-line risk capability. The role will identify and document processes, obligations, risks, and controls; assess and test control effectiveness; review evidence; monitor remediation; coordinate Workday risk documentation; and report gaps and progress. The manager will also develop guidance and tools, work closely with Finance leaders and process owners, and transition ongoing risk responsibilities back to Finance.

Own and evolve HUB24’s platform product roadmap across adviser and investor experiences. Lead discovery, requirements, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous improvement for initiatives including onboarding, trading, payments and portfolio functionality. Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with UX, Technology, Operations, Growth and Scrum teams. Use research, usage data and market insights to guide decisions and communicate priorities, trade-offs and outcomes.

Supports financial data feed delivery and improvement by gathering requirements, analyzing transactions and integrations, documenting user stories and process flows, coordinating testing and defect management, investigating feed issues, and maintaining operational documentation. The role collaborates with internal technical and business teams and external providers while contributing to Agile ceremonies, data quality improvements, automation, and operational enhancements.
