The role connects processes with risks, controls, data, and technology; maintains the process repository; develops process management standards; and supports continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Drive experimentation, AI-enabled practices, data-driven decisions, coach engineering leaders, partner with Product and Design, and evolve capabilities like Open Banking and credit integrations to improve conversion and time-to-value.

Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for customer engagement and digital foundations products. Embed AI-enabled features, drive self-service and retention, partner with Engineering and Design, use data and experimentation to validate opportunities, manage risk and governance, and align stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable web and mobile experiences.

Own growth, retention and commercial success for a portfolio of strategic merchant partners.
