Lead a team of C++ developers and SQA engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable 3D CAM software for mass-customized orthodontic products. Define product vision and requirements, prioritize projects, hire and mentor team members, own development processes and quality, and collaborate with Product Engineering, Production, Clinical, and Materials teams to deliver production-ready features.
